Terms of use
English translation for convenience: in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of the [to be completed] website and panel, published by [to be completed], by anyone who visits them or signs in, on a free or paid plan. Signing in means accepting these terms. For paid plans, the terms of sale also apply.
2. Account
Sign-in uses a Discord account. Users keep that account secure (two-factor authentication is recommended) and remain responsible for what is done from their [to be completed] account, including by the people they share a bot with and through their API keys. One person must not create several accounts to get around a limit.
3. Free plans
Free plans (Discovery plan, access during the beta) are offered while places last, for the duration and with the limits shown on the pricing page, and only once per account for the Discovery plan. They come with no guarantee and may be changed or stopped at any time.
4. Content and responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the code, data and content of their bots, including the web pages published at their bot's address ([to be completed] subdomain or custom domain), and for complying with Discord's terms of service and developer policy. [to be completed] acts as a hosting provider: it does not review content before it goes online, but acts promptly when unlawful content is reported to it.
5. Prohibited uses
[to be completed] must not be used for:
- phishing: pages imitating Discord or another service, fake “free Nitro”, fake verifications, collecting tokens, passwords, login QR codes or personal data;
- malware: token grabbers, remote control, spreading infected files;
- selfbots, automated user accounts and any automation that breaks Discord's terms;
- raids, server destruction (nuke), spam and unsolicited mass direct messages;
- network attacks (denial of service, scans, intrusions), including against [to be completed] or other bots;
- cryptocurrency mining and any use of resources unrelated to a bot (proxy, VPN, relay, file storage);
- unlawful content: child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, incitement to hatred, harassment, counterfeiting, unlawfully collected personal data;
- getting around limits (quotas, Discovery plan) or the platform's security measures.
6. Reporting unlawful content
Anyone can report a bot, page or content hosted by [to be completed] from the Report abuse page, or by writing to [to be completed]. The report states the address concerned and why the content is a problem, and if possible the reporter's name and email address so we can reply. Each report gets a number and is reviewed quickly; the reporter is told the decision if they left an email address. Knowingly reporting lawful content as unlawful is punishable by law.
7. Moderation and suspension
In case of a breach of these terms or a well-founded report, [to be completed] may remove content, turn off a bot's web address, or stop or suspend a bot or an account, immediately when urgency or security requires it (phishing, malware, attack). The user concerned is told the decision and its reasons, unless the law or an investigation prevents it; they can challenge it by writing to [to be completed], or go to the competent courts. Serious or repeated breaches lead to the account being closed, and manifestly unlawful content may be reported to the authorities. A paid plan suspended for a breach is not refunded.
8. Availability
[to be completed] does its best to keep the service running 24/7, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service (maintenance, outages). Users keep a copy of their code and data.
9. Personal data
The data processed and users' rights are described in the privacy policy.
10. Point of contact
Single point of contact for users and authorities (EU Digital Services Act): [to be completed], in French or English.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Significant changes are announced in the panel or on the support Discord server before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
