Terms of sale

English translation for convenience: in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale by [to be completed] ([to be completed]) of an online hosting service for Discord bots owned by customers, available from the site's panel.

2. Plans and prices

Each plan covers one bot, per month: Starter (256 MB RAM max) 2 €, Standard (512 MB RAM max) 4 €, Pro (1 GB RAM max) 7 €. Customers can also pay in advance for 3 months (-5%), 6 months (-10%) or 12 months (2 months free). Net prices, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). The monthly Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial, once per account.

3. Payment

Payment is made by card via Stripe at the start of each period (month, 3 months, 6 months or year). An invoice is available in the customer area. If a payment fails, the customer is notified and the bot stays online for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried. Without payment at the end of this period, the bot is stopped and the subscription ends; the bot's files are kept for 30 days and may then be deleted.

4. Term and cancellation

No commitment. Customers can cancel at any time from "My subscriptions"; the service stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops. Upgrades are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the end of the period.

5. Right of withdrawal

As the service is provided immediately after subscribing, at the customer's request, the customer acknowledges that performance begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and waives this right for the period already used (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

6. Prohibited use

Prohibited uses include: selfbots and automation against Discord's terms, spam, cryptocurrency mining, network attacks and illegal content. Any breach may lead to immediate suspension of the service, without refund.

7. Availability and liability

The service aims for 24/7 availability, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Customers remain responsible for their bot's code and data and should keep a copy of them.
