Troubleshooting
The panel detects and explains these errors; here are the most common:
| Console message | Fix |
|---|---|
TokenInvalid / An invalid token was provided | Regenerate the token in the developer portal (Bot → Reset Token) and replace it in Variables. |
Used disallowed intents | Enable the requested intents (Message Content, Server Members, Presence) in the Bot tab of the developer portal. |
Cannot find module 'xxx' / ModuleNotFoundError | Add the module to package.json (dependencies) or requirements.txt, then restart. |
Cannot use import statement outside a module | Add "type": "module" to package.json, or use require. |
EADDRINUSE | Listen on process.env.PORT and don't start two servers on the same port. |
JavaScript heap out of memory / bot restarted "memory" | Reduce caches (messages, members) or upgrade your plan. |
| Bot "paused" | It crashed in a loop: read the console, fix it, then click Start. |
| "This bot is offline" page while the bot runs | The website listens on 127.0.0.1 or isn't started: listen on 0.0.0.0 and check the port (see "Bot + website, pm2 and subfolders"). |
| Missing module although it's in your package.json | Your project is probably in a subfolder: move it to the root (see "Bot + website, pm2 and subfolders"). |
